Profile

I love very different kinds of music from all over the world. Yes, they sound very different, but I sometimes see something in common. To me, the music in Kabuki, very traditional Japanese dance-drama, has something in common with Queen and BIGBANG, the most recent and exciting Korean dance and vocal unit. Let’s enjoy the magic hour (the hour between the sunset and the night, no sun, but no stars yet…).

Kabuki play by Kanzaburo Nakamura who passed away Dec 5th 2012

Written by

Here is my first blog.
Kabuki is the traditional Japanese dance which has existed for more than 300 years. Kanzaburo Nakamura, the eldest son of Nakamura family which is previliged  to play Kabuki play (There are only limited number of families which can perform Kabuki. We call this closed circle of the families as ” 梨園、Rien”)  has died Dec 5th last year at the age of 57.  He left great performance in my memory and I just want to share one of his best play.
