October 1st Launch Party, Launching Just about Everything

We had a big launch party at the London studios to announce all sorts of things, from new album, new discovery artists, to new major field project for Singing Wells, to new website, to Lewie’s awful hair cut. Big wonderful night and we thought you should know what we were celebrating…
We were quiet in August and September because we were finalising our new website. All sorts of issues about how to blog during transitions. But we were busy. On October 1st, we assembled some of the ‘Friends of Abubilla’ to celebrate. Our two discovery artists, Louise and Tati performed some of their songs solo and then Andy and Louise fronted the Saturday Morning Canasta Club for a full on show. Martyn jumped back and forth between the harp, the guitar and the BBQ, feeding our souls and tummies. St Kathy, having been promised a small turnout that the band would host, found herself running around feeding and drinking about 50 fans! Here’s a photo of Tati performing Fingertips:
