Michael Izett
Biography
Michael joined us during the summer of 2010. He first picked up a violin and played it like a guitar at 6, and then finally found the right instrument at 11, when he started writing music. After a pause, he went back to writing at 14, and is currently at Richmond College studying art and music technology.
He came across Abubilla through a relative and after a few observational Saturdays, he recorded some of his own material, starting off with Millbank, a song inspired by some of his favourite artists: Radiohead, Kid A and Leonard Cohen.
